Maximizing BVSD Facility Usage
Boulder Valley School District is committed to making school facilities available to the public for outside use during non-school hours, including evenings and weekends. The community is welcome to
contact the Facility Use office to reserve gyms, auditoriums, classrooms, multi-purpose rooms and playing fields at any BVSD school. Usage fees vary according to the type of space, the group's age category,
and the number of people in the group.

Important Insurance Note
All groups must submit proof of liability insurance at the same time the Facility Use request form is submitted. Boulder Valley School District must be listed as Additionally Insured on the certificate. If you are
part of an organized group, the limits of liability are $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. If you are an individual, the limits of liability are $500,000 per occurrence, $1,000,000 aggregate.
How to Submit a Facility Use Request
Please visit our Important Links page to view and download Facility Use terms, current rental rates and forms. Fill out the relevant form and submit with your proof of insurance to the Facility Use Program via
one of the four options below. Depending on the time of year and the size of your event, a minimum of 3-4 weeks processing time may be required.
